Submission Policy and Guidelines
 
Lana Santorelli Gallery has an open submission policy, accepting work year round.  We encourage artists to submit work based on upcoming exhibition themes though you may also submit work to the gallery as a general submission. 

Lana Santorelli is currently curating two exhibitions for our Fall 2010 season:

Hemispheres
This show theme highlights the differences between right brain (random, intuitive, holistic, subjective) and left brain (logical, sequential, rational, analytical, objective) artwork.

Show Runs: September 11- October 16th, 2010
Submission Deadline: Sunday, July 11

Black and White 
A self-explanatory theme, this show will focus on artwork that is done in black, white, and shades of grey.

Show Runs: October 23- December 4th, 2010
Submission Deadline: Sunday, August 15

Any work that relates to these themes will be considered for exhibition, regardless of medium.  With your submission, please include your brief resume, artist statement, cover letter, and artwork detail list (including title, medium, dimensions, and artist's compensation expected for of each piece submitted) with up to 20 images for a small curation fee of $35.

Please note, if your work is chosen for exhibition, we ask that our artists contribute $75 to share in the promotion costs.

Please write which show you are submitting for on the envelope and include a $35 check for the curation fee.

If your work is a good fit for the gallery, we will contact you directly.  We review our general submissions approximately every 3-4 months.  Artists chosen for exhibition will be notified no later than one month before each exhibition begins.
